Donna can provide a pre-meeting briefing for a specific contact or company on request. Just go to the WhatsApp conversation with Donna and ask her to generate a pre-meeting briefing for a specific contact and/or company. Following the examples below will prompt Donna to generate a pre-meeting briefing. Keywords here are a contact/company and 'meeting briefing'.

Donna will search for the mentioned contact or company in your CRM first. After confirmation, she’ll look at the related activities for that object and generate a custom pre-meeting briefing if she has enough information available (a minimum of 2 linked activities in the CRM are needed).

To customize the pre-meeting briefing Donna will generate, refer to the documentation about Templates. Please note that this template is also used for the planned pre-meeting briefings.

Any user of Donna will receive pre-meeting briefings for the meetings they are the organizer of. Owners or admins in your account can also configure who the additional recipients will be (they are CC'd).

Additional recipients (owners & admins only)

As an admin of your account, you can choose additional recipients for every scheduled pre-meeting briefing sent by Donna through email. To do this, go to Settings > Pre-meeting briefings and add the desired recipients. All email addresses added here will receive every pre-meeting briefing email for the entire account, regardless of whether they are the meeting organizer.

Here you can enter any email address of recipients you want to be CC’ed in the pre-meeting briefings Donna sends out.

By default Donna will send out pre-meeting briefings in the language used in previous activities with deals/contacts in your CRM (Autodetect). Users are able to configure their preferred language by navigating to Preferences > Pre-meeting briefings.
