As an admin or owner of your organization, navigate to Settings > Dictionary to provide a comma-separated list of words that are often misspelled or important for Donna to recognize. She’ll use this list to improve accuracy when processing your messages.
Please note that Donna can only handle a limited number of words at once. Be sure to validate your list before saving to confirm it meets the capacity limits. If the list is too complex, you may need to shorten it.
