After every call, meeting, or CRM update, Donna sends a summary email so you can review what happened. Most people find these handy β but if you work directly inside the Donna app, they can start to feel like noise instead of helpful reminders.
Now you're in control. You can choose whether or not to receive Donna's interaction summary emails β with everything still fully available inside the platform.
The new Interaction Summary Email preference lets you decide whether Donna emails you a summary after each interaction.
On by default β nothing changes unless you turn it off (update your mobile app to the latest version for best experience).
Per-user setting β it only affects your inbox, not your teammates'.
Change it anytime β flip it back on whenever you like.
When disabled, Donna simply stops sending you the summary emails. All your conversations, summaries, CRM updates, and actions remain fully available in Donna.
For web version:
1. Open Personal settings (sidebar footer, or your avatar menu if you're an admin).
2. Go to Notifications.
3. Switch off Receive interaction summary emails.
4. Hit Save

For mobile version:
Open Settings
Go to Notifications
Disable Interaction summary emails

Flow execution summaries

1. What happens when I disable interaction summary emails?
Donna stops sending summary emails for supported interactions, but all the information stays available in the platform.
2. Does this stop CRM updates?
No. Actions, updates, and workflows continue to run normally.
3. Can my admin disable this for the whole organization?
No β this is a personal preference, configured per user.
4. Can I re-enable emails later?
Yes. You can change the setting at any time.
5. Will I still receive manual actions and notifications?
Yes. This setting only affects interaction summary emails.
6. Does this affect meeting summaries?
It only affects the email delivery of those summaries β not the summaries themselves, which Donna still generates as usual.
