Configure your preferences for meeting transcriptions.

Transcription Languages

This setting lets you choose the languages you typically speak in meetings. Setting this correctly:

• Improves transcription accuracy.

• Helps Donna better understand and process your conversations.

Note: Languages not selected may still be transcribed, but less accurately, as Donna will interpret them using one of your selected languages.

Default Behavior

By default, all supported languages are selected to maximize flexibility.

You can narrow this list to better suit your typical meeting language(s) for improved performance.

👤 If you’re the only Donna user in the meeting

Donna will transcribe the meeting in one of the languages you’ve selected.

👥 If multiple Donna users are in the meeting

Donna will consider the union of languages selected by all Donna users present.

For example:

• You selected Dutch.

• Your colleague selected French and English.

The transcription could then include Dutch, French, and English — whichever languages are detected during the conversation.
