For field use, an integration for Slack can be configured with Donna. This currently only supports text messages. Start chatting with Donna in Slack after your in-person meeting. She'll ask questions where needed to ensure she can capture as much information as possible. Afterwards she can create a summary, next actions and a follow-up email depending on your setup.

To set up the integration for Slack, navigate to Preferences > Integrations. Here you can connect with Slack.

After clicking “Connect with Slack”, you will be redirected to your the Slack website. Make sure you have the correct workspace selected if you’re part of multiple. You'll be prompted to connect Donna to your Slack workspace. Donna requires following permissions:

Once everything is finished, you can click the “Chat now” link on your integration to be redirected to your Slack app.
