When you ask Donna to call you, while chatting, — you may see this reply instead of a callback:
Donna runs on different workflows depending on what you’re doing — for example, creating an opportunity, updating an account, or debriefing a meeting. Each workflow has its own set of capabilities, and “place a call” is one that’s switched on per workflow. If you’re seeing this message when chatting with Donna, the workflow you’re currently in doesn’t have calling enabled.
This is a quick configuration change on our side. Reach out to Donna Support and include the name of the flow you were in (for example: Creating opportunity or Creating a task).
Once we’ve enabled calling for that flow, Donna will be able to call you the next time you ask her that in the chat.
