Keep your Donna app up to date

Updating to the latest version of Donna ensures you always have access to the newest features, improvements, and fixes.

See this step by step:

iOS

Automatic updates (recommended)

If automatic updates are enabled on your iPhone, Donna will update automatically.

1. Open Settings

2. Go to App Store

3. Make sure App Updates is toggled on

Manual update

If automatic updates are not enabled:

1. Open the App Store

2. Search for Ask Donna

3. Tap Update if a new version is available

   • If the button says Open, you’re already using the latest version

Android

Automatic updates (recommended)

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Tap the menu icon next to the search bar

3. Go to Settings

4. Select Auto-update apps

5. Choose Over any network

Manual update

If automatic updates are not enabled:

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Search for Ask Donna

3. Tap Update if available

   • If the button says Open, you’re already using the latest version
